        This summer, i started watching Revenge, Suits, Vampire Diaries, and finally Hart of Dixie. According to IMDb, all of these TV shows had ratings of around 8/10.
 

Revenge took 8.3/10 and started airing on 2011 with only one season so far. I loved Revenge so much that I'm desperately waiting for the new season to air! Emily VanCamp, who starred previously on Brothers and Sisters, did an amazing job on her role as the vengeful daughter who seeks revenge for the death of her father; who was betrayed by all of his friends. For the ones who like to watch dramatic and interesting shows at the same time, I would suggest you give it a try.

As for Suits, it took 8.8/10 and started airing on 2011 too, but has two seasons so far. Suits is an exceptional show! To be honest, I didn’t finish watching it yet, but I couldn’t help not talking about it. It revolves around attorneys and lawyers in one of the biggest law firms in New York. The series is mainly about Harvey Spector (an executive lawyer) and Mike Ross (an undergraduate of law school). I love Harvey’s character so much and how he manages to get through everything in his own way. He is manipulative to the extreme lol, which I really loved!! Mike is a college drop-out but a very bright and genius kid! It makes mey happy when I watch it because its humorous of some sort. Very interesting show, I wouldn’t suggest it if it isn’t worth watching :p

Vampire Diaries is a hit! It took 8.1/10 and started airing on 2009 with 3 seasons so far. The first episode of the 4th season will be airing soon, hopefully on Oct 11th 2012. For the people who love twilight and didn’t watch Vampire Diaries yet, I would really advise you to watch it. I guarantee that you’ll love it more than Twilight! (I didn’t because I’m a very loyal Twilight fan, lol). The story is based on a high school girl who fell in love with two brothers who both turned out to be vamps. It is interesting how they manage to survive in the town that hates and fears vampires, and how she, Eleina, manages to stay with Stefan and Demon when she loves both of them at the same time. A little bit of drama and a little bit of fantasy, that’s what I LOVE. 

 And last but not least, Hart of Dixie. It took 7.7/10 and started airing on 2011 with two seasons so far. This one I started to watch recently. In fact, I’m still on episode 5 of season one. Hart of Dixie is a series about a young doctor, Zoe Hart, who had just graduated from Medicine School and found out that a man, whom she never knew in her life, left her his private practice in Bluebell, Alabama. So far, the series is great. I truly love Rachel Billson's acting, she's fun and makes the show more entertaining! Also, I would like to share with you an interesting fact about the series' name and why it is called "Hart of Dixie". Dixie is a name of the southern states of America, while Alabama is called “The Heart of Dixie” since the 1940’s. This is mainly because it is the heart of the southern states both geographically and commercially; where the main source of their income was cotton. Hart was the young doctor’s last name, so they replaced the Heart with Hart for the series :D *yay*

     Today I will share with you 4 of the most delicious recipes for sweets I've tried at home this Ramadhan! You'll love them, if I can do them, you defiantly can!

Nuttela Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

• Mix:

10 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups milk

2 1/2 cups whipping cream

1/2 cup sugar

•  Large Nuttela Jar
• 2 boxes of Mini plain Croissants - i use americana

How to make?

1. Put the mix in mixer.
2. Cut the croissants into small pieces and put them in oven until golden.
3. Spread the croissants in a pan as a layer then add nuttela layer then another layer of croissants until the pan becomes full.
4. Pour the mix
5. Put the pudding in oven for half an hour, always check on it
6. Enjoy it :)

Chocolate Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

•  Mix #1 :

3 packs of Digestive biscuit ( al matahin )

1 butter stick

•  Mix #2 :

3 eggs

8 kiri cheese

1/2 cup sugar

•  Mix #3 :

8 aero ( melted)

1 heavy cream ( Gaimar )

•   Mix #4 (Topping) :

2 aero (melted)

1 galaxy (melted)

9 tbsp. whipped cream (dream whip)

How to make?

1. Crush biscuits and mix it with butter. (mix #1)
2. Spread mix #1 in the cheese cake pan
3. Spread mix #2 above it
4. Put in oven [medium temp] for half an hour, an hour if needed, till mix #2 becomes hard (you can check if it hardened by sticking a knife into it)
5. Take it out and pour mix #3 and then spread flake for decorating and let it cool a little.
6. Enjoy it :)

Rocky Road

Ingredients:

• Mix:

3 Cadbury (melted)

3 Aero ()melted

2 Crunchy (cut into small cubes)

½ cup mini marshmallows

4 digestive biscuits (crushed)

• waxed paper

How to make?

1. Prepare a plate with waxed paper.
2. Put the Mix in a plate
3. Put it in fridge for 1 and a half hour
4. Take it out and cut it into cube
5. Enjoy them :)

Oreo Truffles

Ingredients:

• Mix:

11 Packs of Oreo (4 pieces pack) (Crushed)

1 cream cheese (8 ounce – 228 gm) – I use heritage

1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

• 1 pack Hershey’s chocolate (melted)
• ½ pack Hershey’s white chocolate 
• Waxed papers
• Food color - any color you like

How to make?

1. Cover a tray with waxed paper so that the truffles won't stick to the tray
2. Make tiny balls of the mix and spread them on a pan
3. Put them in fridge for 45 minutes
4. Melt Hershey’s chocolate, the white and the milk chocolate in the microwave in high heat -60degrees- for 2.5 minutes with stirring each minute. - you can get the instructions from the hershey's pack.
5. Put one drop of food color in the white chocolate and stir it until it gets the color.
6. Take the balls from the fridge and dip them in the melted milk chocolate.
7. After dipping all the balls in milk chocolate, spread the colored white chocolate everywhere to design the truffles.
8. Put them back to the fridge for 20-25 minutes.
9. Enjoy them :) 

Haus Cafe

Then you should try their owners' new creation: HAUS CAFE.

The idea of Haus Café/Restaurant (House in Italian) is having homemade dishes that everyone cooks at home but in a different meaning and way. Let mey give you an example. I know most of you know Couscous [for those who didn't hear of it: A type of North African semolina made from crushed durum wheat. -wiki] in Haus Cafe they made a wrap out of it! [Veggie Wrap] which consists of couscous wrapped in bread, and it's extremely delicious! Weird taste but tasty!

I have been invited by a friend for the soft opening 2 weeks ago and really enjoyed the dinner/suhour. The atmosphere is perfect, the background songs in the café were all “covers” :p  which I really loved!! The old records covers in the grey wall were amazing (photos attached). And of course the Smeg fridge which was taking place in the middle was the center of attention, green the same as their green door.  The menu was the black board above the counter, so if you want to order you should choose your dish from that black board, no menus, loved the idea.

We have ordered the Panzanella Salad, this salad is a MUST TRY!! very very delicious, contains goat cheese (I’m a goat cheese lover). Another dish was the normal not normal cheese burger; the name really scribed it all, it comes in a potato bun like the buns in shake shack and elevation burger. Then comes the Messy Hotdog, and this hotdog is really messy, contains guacamole!! I’ve never tried guacamole with a hotdog, ever! But it tasted good!

After dinner, they have this amazing milkshake which is a creation of Haus, RAHASH MILKSHAKE! You can have with it cookies as desserts, I didn’t try them because I left early but my friends really recommended them to mey!

Haus Café is now open in Ramadhan from 8 pm to 2 am but it’s still the soft opening, they have told mey that the official opening maybe after eid al fetir.

RED SAMSUNG SIII

White is nice, Blue is nicer.... But Red is royal!

According to AT&T website, AT&T just launched a new Garnet Red Samsung Galaxy SIII which is, in my opinion, amazing! I don't know when is it coming to Kuwait, I tried calling several mobile showrooms but they told mey that they didn't hear anything about a new color of Samsung Galaxy SIII. I will certainly update you if I heard anything about it in Kuwait.

I think this was a smart move for Samsung because the new IPhone 5 is soon to be launched in September 2012 causing a hit to the Samsung Market.
