Today I will share with you 4 of the most delicious recipes for sweets I've tried at home this Ramadhan! You'll love them, if I can do them, you defiantly can!

Nuttela Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
- Large Nuttela Jar
- 2 boxes of Mini plain Croissants - i use americana
How to make?
- Put the mix in mixer.
- Cut the croissants into small pieces and put them in oven until
golden.
- Spread the croissants in a pan as a layer then add nuttela layer
then another layer of croissants until the pan becomes full.
- Pour the mix
- Put the pudding in oven for half an hour, always check on it
- Enjoy it :)
Chocolate Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
1 butter stick
3 eggs
8 kiri cheese
1/2 cup sugar
8 aero ( melted)
1 heavy cream ( Gaimar )
2 aero (melted)
1 galaxy (melted)
9 tbsp. whipped cream (dream whip)
How to make?
- Crush biscuits and mix it
with butter. (mix #1)
- Spread mix #1 in the cheese cake
pan
- Spread mix #2 above it
- Put in oven [medium temp] for half an hour, an hour if needed,
till mix #2 becomes hard (you can check if it hardened by sticking a knife into
it)
- Take it out and pour mix #3 and then spread flake for
decorating and let it cool a little.
- Enjoy it :)
Rocky Road
Ingredients:
3 Cadbury (melted)
3 Aero ()melted
2 Crunchy (cut into small cubes)
½ cup mini marshmallows
4 digestive biscuits (crushed)
How to make?
- Prepare a plate with waxed paper.
- Put the Mix in a plate
- Put it in fridge for 1 and a half hour
- Take it out and cut it into cube
- Enjoy them :)
Oreo Truffles
Ingredients:
11 Packs of Oreo (4 pieces pack) (Crushed)
1 cream cheese (8 ounce – 228 gm) – I use heritage
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pack Hershey’s chocolate (melted)
- ½ pack Hershey’s white chocolate
- Waxed papers
- Food color - any color you like
How to make?
- Cover a tray with waxed paper so that the truffles won't stick to the tray
- Make tiny balls of the mix and spread them on a pan
- Put them in fridge for 45 minutes
- Melt Hershey’s chocolate, the white and the milk chocolate
in the microwave in high heat -60degrees- for 2.5 minutes with stirring each
minute. - you can get the instructions from the hershey's pack.
- Put one drop of food color in the white chocolate and stir
it until it gets the color.
- Take the balls from the fridge and dip them in the melted
milk chocolate.
- After dipping all the balls in milk chocolate, spread the
colored white chocolate everywhere to design the truffles.
- Put them back to the fridge for 20-25 minutes.
- Enjoy them :)
