Want to do your diet by yourself and lose weight?

Those two websites will do it for you.

  1. The BMI Calculator from webmd.com :

What is this?
This calculator will:
  • Calculate your body mass index (percentage of fat in your body)
  • Tell you what is the status of your weight (underweight, healthy, overweight, obese)
  •  Tell you what weight is considered healthy to you according to your weight and height.
  • Tell you the daily amount of the calorie intake that you should get according to the weight loss plan you chose.
After knowing all of this, and how many calories you should be taking each day, you can add MyFitnessPal Application on your iPhone/android/blackberry/windows and write your daily diary

  • Once you install the application you will be asked to type in your info, and you have to type in the amount of calories you want to take every day.
  • After doing that you can start posting in your diary (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack) and even the cardiovascular exercise, Strength.
  • The application will subtract the amount of calories you burn on exercise from the calories you intake by eating food.
  • You can create your own food and your own exercise and add it to their data base.
Once you start using the application and recording your calories intake, and do exercise at least 3 times a week, you will notice the difference: p
